Your First Appointment

What to expect on your first appointment

No one likes paperwork, but we need to get some information from you to know more about what's going on with you.  Bring your insurance card to help us determine what your benefits will be.

2)Medical History and Exam:
Here we will sit down with you and ask questions to determine what's going on with you and find out a little more about your medical history.  Next, we will do a Chiropractic exam to better determine what is going on with you and to make sure there isn't anything more serious going on.

3)Report of Findings:
Here we will let you know what our analysis determines is going on with your body.  We will determine if X-Rays or MRI are indicated by your condition.  We let you know if our analysis determines you are a good candidate for Chiropractic care and let you know how often and approximately how many times we expect to treat you.  If we feel your problem would better be helped by another type of practioner, we will let you know and help you get an appointment set up.

4)Chiropractic adjustment:
Our adjustments are adapted to our patients.  Adjustments maybe painful at times, like a quick pinch.  We gauge our adjustment style and level on the patient and what you are looking for.  Most patients feel a great deal of relief afterward and feel any discomfort is well worth it.  We also rely a lot on feedback from our patients to let us know if an area is extremely sore and painful to the touch.  We don’t want you to feel like you just have to suffer through it if something hurts.  We want to know.
